The Sprout Standoff is a short animated film, created for my thesis. A story highlighting the normal life of a deaf fairy named Amaya and her chronicles of her attempt to grow a seed who is lagging behind the rest. Showcasing sometimes people just need some time to blossom.
This is a scene from my current work in progress animation, The Sprout Standoff. A story featuring, Amaya, a deaf fairy who is trying in all the wrong ways to grow a stubborn seed. In this scene she is trying cloud gazing to inspire the seed.
Above and to the right are several background designs for this animation. Trying to tie in the idea of a magical forest full of all sorts of magical, mythical creatures. In the top right that is the scene of the cloud gazing from afar.
